Transporting hedge fence posts across state lines?

Hey guys have a question for y'all
We have been taking out several acres of hedge on the tract we are cutting on and selling posts to several people here in nebraska.We have been selling posts for the past several years but are wanting to expand and start selling in near by states where hedge is hard to find.My question is can we or is it legal to transport hedge from Nebraska into Wyoming and possibly South Dakota. With all of the band on ash and etc. thought I would see if anybody knows anything first.I am going to call my regional forested here in the next day or two also. Thank you in advance
