What type of sensors needed inside kiln?

I have a inside/outside temp. meter to monitor my kiln temp but I also need some type of remote RH meter or wet/dry bulb.  Any suggestions or ideas?

we use an extech heavy duty temp / rh meter at work. Cost about 125 bucks goes from 10 percent to 95 percent.

You could also cobble one together by buying a sensor from digikey and doing a little soldering.

extech is a nice meter pretty tough as well, ours gets abused quite often, dropped, chewed on etc.

Still working fine.

I assume by remote you mean a sensor on a long cable with a display on the outside of the kiln.
