Just wondering what some people are getting for EWP at the header. A friend is cutting some now and I need to buy a bunch for a few projects. Thanks.

If it helps UMass extension service 3 QTR (latest published report) Stumpage price based on 4 reports was $50-$60/1000.

Del at my yard $350 a 1000, $200 for pallet,[knots 3" and bigger].
you can take the trucking out of that price, $60 to $70 a 1000.
Good luck.

Peter, what scale?
I get it for $300/M log run here delivered Doyle, my scale , but it is not a common species here.
My logger friend is very accommodating on grade and I get very little poor grade.

350$/mbf is decent if it's 12s and 16s. Custom lengths cost $ for the logger to produce and should be 100$ more/mbf at least. It is so easy to crank out 12s and 16s compared to filling a cut list

Log run EWP around here is $250/mbf delivered to the sawmill, $260/mbf at some places.  i have gave $180/mbf on the header for nice pine logs before, and it was a logger who told me that's what he gets on the header.  Supposedly, the canadians are paying $270/mbf on the header for log run pine.  But pine around here grows like a weed.
Boy, back in my day..
