Great Video Teed!  WDH gave my exact response.  I'd love to have one, but just can't justify the cost for what I do.  But nobody knows what tomorrow will look like...

Nice video, soothing music...Your machine looks perfect for S4S stock , sadly none of which I own. Most of my dried material looks horrible and to get it to S4S is where the time is.To me, every thing is time.......Cheers  Rob

Looks like you've got the hang of it for sure.  Sweet machine.
YellowHammerisms:

Take steps to save steps.

If it won't roll, its not a log; it's still a tree.  Sawmills cut logs, not trees.

Kiln drying wood: When the cookies are burned, they're burned, and you can't fix them.

Sawing is fun for the first couple million boards.

Be smarter than the sawdust

Very nice, I can't wait to get to the point where we're making T&G.

I've got 2 Powermatic shapers and 1hp feeders, just no place to set them up yet.

I've always though that I would like one. I saw mostly cedar and was thinking that I could t&g the 1x4's. They are the slowest sellers. When you guys that have one do you find out that buyers want the ends of lumber t&g also?

No, usually the customer needs to trim the ends anyhow.
Thirty plus years in the sawmill/millwork business. A sore back and arthritic fingers to prove it!
