Jeff

I have been asked if I would inquire about this like I did the hats.

If we were to offer t-shirts or sweatshirts, how much interest would there be?

I think this is much trickier then hats to try and order. You have to have several different sizes.

I would differently get t-shirt and sweatshirt if available.

Instead of getting all the sizes maybe just get L, XL and XXL. I would think that would cover all most everybody here.

Gonna git one for you with buttons?
Why not just 1 pain free day?

DanG

You could save a lot by getting one for Burlkraft without a collar or sleeves! ;D

Ackshully, I had another idea before Steve interrupted me; How about some bumper stickers or window decals?  They would be cheaper and easier to mail.

I wont buy white.

Red or black.

With the Forum colors, black would look really good.

I'd go for a T-shirt for sure (as long as it isn't camo ;)).

Jeff, I've bought 'em for special events before and different sizes aren't a big deal. They just make up a logo that will fit the smallest shirt and silk screen 'em onto whatever shirts you want. I usually found that if I took advance orders and then ordered a few extras in each size, there were always  a dozen more extra requests than I could supply.

Issues that come up:

1) Material -- 100% cotton, synthetic, or some kind of blend. Personally I like 100% cotton, preferably preshrunk.

2) Different colours. Don't get into this. Make an executive decision and tell folks they can have them in any colour they want, as long as it's ____.

3) Embroidered or silk screened. I recently bought some very nice embroidered T-shirts from an organization I belong to. Problem was, after a few washings the embroidery started to pull at the stitches and began to tear the shirt. I found silk screening lasted a lot longer.

4) Too many people involved in the design. Been there, done that, won't do it again. Get a couple of opinions and then make another executive decision.

This time of year I wear one of each every day. If you were to order sizes for this bunch I can almost guess that you can skip the S-M-L sizes. ;D

Oooops Patty just smacked me....and I'm not dumb enough to say what size of anything a woman wears. :D

jdtuttle

I would take one of each

I don't know about bumper stickers.......They don't cover up as much as a shirt. In my case that would be a bad thing and then when ya take 'em off they tend to rip out hair  ;D

I'd take one without sleeves tho.......

clearcut

There are sites that allow you to design a t-shirt, bumper sticker, mug, or other printed item. They then produce and ship the item. The Forum sets the price and gets a cut over the cost of production and shipping. No inventory cost, no minimum orders, no processing costs.

Cafe Press is one such service. http://www.cafepress.com/
