Is it possible to kiln dry wood for a second time?  For example, if I kiln dry some northern white pine so that it is suitable for outdoor use, and then later a customer comes along and says they need something for indoor use.  Is there anything wrong with kiln drying the wood again to bring the moisture down to 6-8%?

No reason you can't put the wood back in the kiln and dry it some more.

It would be the same as if you had air dried wood, and put that in the kiln for a few days to complete the drying process, which is a fairly common process.  Once the wood is dried down to ~15% or so it's pretty hard to mess it up in a kiln no matter what you do to it.
