John Deere 540b grapple skidder

I have this machine,it starts and runs​ great even in freezing temps. The lift cylinders for the grapple needs new seals,the differential cylinder is froze,and the shift accumulator for between 2nd and 3rd is worn ,tires are 60%, I am hoping someone can give me an idea of its value. I need to sell it and don't necessarily want to give it away but also want it to move,it does have a new water pump and all fluids and filters have been changed. Thank you
