its the same old question, posting pics

I know that some of you say that its so simple to post pics and I know that the question gets old!  Is there somewhere with instructions, which door haven't i looked behind?  I love it when other people share their stuff and I am currently very frustrated from trying to put some of my pics in a post.  HELP!
