Title: leftovers tonight

We smoked a trout yesterday and cold cured a salmon on Saturday, so leftovers tonight on a bed of Pusa Asita carrots . Salmon on the left

Yes capers, sliced red onions, black carrots and cream cheese. Poor mans Lox and bagels.....

Whether it's food or furniture, I have yet to see a pic posted from Tule Peak that isn't appealing to the eye (well, there was one with him standing with a piece of furniture.... ;D)! Another great looking (and I bet good tasting, too) dish posted here...
Did you guys let him cook when he came to gathering earlier this year?
