Looks like the main part of a monkey wrench / pipe wrench, without the top jaw or the adjustable nut.

Pretty sure I have the full model but it'd take a bit of vinegar to make it work again, found it in the sand in one of our fields with the field cultivator, I know how I feel losing tools but back then I'd bet some poor guy was heartbroken when he realized it was gone.
