Many of you helped me with advice on my siding for my cabin.  A few have asked for after pics.

This siding is not for the faint of heart.  It was advised to basically take it right off the mill and put it on the cabin.  We had it milled just before leaving for vacation so I put it directly onto my trailer and did not sticker it.  I covered the individual piles with slabs to hold them down.  I was happy to see that the boards were still wet two weeks later.  What I did find is that as I shuffled them around they dried very quickly and if given the chance to cup they were useless.  Overall it went well.  Some of the logs had quite a taper to them but we used that to our advantage and would saw off a shorter piece or two.  We cut them 3/4" thick and targeted a minimum 6" width to give 4.5" coverage on the wall.

Thanks for all of the help
