Anyone heard of and or tried their product/s? Just came across it and not in a hurry since i have 5 gal of anchor seal waiting on me at home.

Certainly sounds the same.  A good comparison would be to check the solids content.  I would think that AnchorSeal would have a patent covering their product, but who knows how all that works?
