I was reading through some of the home-brewed Debarker threads getting inspired and amped up to build my own when I had this thought, I don't have the spare time, parts often take weeks for me to get them, and whatever I build might not work then I'm back to square one. Picked this badly neglected mill up the other week. So sad that it has been left out in the elements, maybe most of its life. Hardly done any milling - 77.6 hours to be precise. Engine was seized. 1.5l of water in the sump. Put in many hours to repair. Manage to get the engine unseized. Will update
