My son, grandson and I are off this afternoon for a week of searching for the Wiley Whitetail in the Adirondacks.
I say searching because we have already spent a few days there and 1 doe was seen.
Also Chuck White says he is going to stop by our hunting camp for a visit which I look forward to.
See if you can get a picture of you guys together. That would be great!
Good luck and good family time. Venison would be a plus but time with the son and GS make the trip worthwhile. Maybe Chuck will bring some good luck with him. Looking for FF member pictures with big deer hanging on the meat pole as a backdrop. Its a proven fact eating grits at the deer camp improves your success rate.

A good week in the Adirondacks
At the Clarksboro Club near Degrasse NY for 4 days, Son Mark shot a 5 point, grandson Ben a 7 and another member shot a 7 also.
I saw one buck but was across an opening I didnt even get the gun up.
At Moose Ponds club near Long Lake NY a good few days but only a couple of doe seen, but the deer are really scarce there.
Southern zone season opens tomorrow with 5 of us hunting my property.
Have 6 different bucks on cameras so should be OK

Pictures? (I meant of the food :D :D :D) Actually pictures of a few hairy legged, bushy headed hardtails would be ok. Deer pictures would be a bonus. ;)
