I have a hundred hours on it. It had 24 when I bought it. I am starting to get decent at milling. Nothing like making a lot of mistakes to make you better!

Take steps to save steps.

If it won't roll, its not a log; it's still a tree.  Sawmills cut logs, not trees.

Kiln drying wood: When the cookies are burned, they're burned, and you can't fix them.

Sawing is fun for the first couple million boards.

Watch for the addiction ! I could add 2 zeros to your hundred hours and I am still enjoying it...and still learning
