Made a groove plane

Made a groove plane to groove drawer sides out of some black locust. 

It works, but I should have made it longer, this one is 7". I have the stuff to make a matching one.... 

12-14 might be better

 .

cool, I don't have your ability, but I have my grandfathers, just acquired a full set of the original blades.

This wasn't difficult.   

I used the table saw and miter gauge to set the angles, and a router plane to remove the waste. 

My only mistake is that it's too short, which is a bit aggravating...  

Live and learn...
