Anybody know why the sign up for the Pro Sawyer Network is no longer functional?

First I'd heard of it. Probably a temporary issue while they work on it. I bet @CWarner (http://forestryforum.com/board/index.php?action=profile;u=24562) has the answer.

We are in the process of updating the Pro Sawyer Network and unfortunately the sign-up form is unavailable at the moment. The network and public listing is still active.

You are welcome to fill out the Pro Sawyer Application HERE (https://res.cloudinary.com/dqwkulupg/image/upload/v1498240380/Files/Wood-Mizer/ProSawyerNetwork_App_web.pdf)and send to pro@woodmizer.com and we will get you set up with the network.

Hey, I think I will send an email to check on this also. I have applied a couple times, and haven't heard anything back this year. I will see if the email inquiry helps out. I am glad I saw this before posting the same question. Time to saw some frozen logs!
