Amputated vs Excised

I clicked on amputated while excised probably would make me think taxes and pith me off.

Hope the graft takes and there's no required ongoing anti rejection therapy required.

How close was the tissue match for the donor ?
Will it be flown in from off-shore or is it from somewhere local?
If you have choice, can you get one that's a bit bigger?
It's been said that bigger is better.

Went with an on shore donor, similar in strength. No augmentation.

Now you have to complete the transplant and hope the organ sizes are compatible and the blood types match. Good Luck Doc.

First muffler wouldn't clear the frame on the mill. Plan B initiated  Then had to, cut and bale some hay, clean, grease, and put up my hay equipment, hung some dry wall, my father survived a heart attack, and is doing well. Life happened, so working back around to the sawmill. I bought some bare flanges and pipe.  Did a little welding last night. If the phone is gentle I will try and have something picture worthy this evening.

I see the headers, and they look fine.
Not too long and sized to provide clearance.
However, the muffler is going to have a tissue rejection complication.
The headers are threaded and male. The muffler is Bolton.
I'm not sure if this surgery has been planned out as well as doc hoped?

Removed excess tissues from the predator, it had two round individual mufflers. They cleared the frame. Motor mount bolt pattern doesn't line up. So trying to figure out a good way to mark the holes in the base plate of the motor on a piece of plywood to make a marking /drilling guide. I can't seem to find a template file on line.

doc henderson

are the "headers" threaded into the motor or do I see a couple cap bolts holding them in.  You can weld to that pipe if the back end is bolted on.  On My log splitter I was able to adapt to thin tubing and make a remote car muffler application.

In line with the early parts of this thread:

A man went to his doctor with chest pains and was informed he'd have to have a heart transplant but he was lucky as they had a new shipment. He showed them and explained the costs. Here's the first - its from a 20 y/o Olympic swimmer and costs $50K. Here's the second from a 60 y/o man who smoked and drank and its only $20K. Here's one from a 40 y/o lawyer who did not smoke or drink and it is $250K." The patient asked "Why is the third one so much more expensive?" His doctor replied "Because its never been used."

Made a template and drilled holes hopefully the transplant will progress soon.

I in no way resemble the above choice of the  adjective "good" in reference to my mechanical skill as suggested by Andries.

Half fast is probably better term.  I now at least have a chance at it bolting up. Marking the holes accurately was a challenge. There was no clearance to trace.  I first held broken pencil lead in my leatherman at 90 degrees  and tried to trace them but it wasn't good enough so I tried come up with different but everything else would bleed under the hole.  Then i saw a can I had a can of spray graphite and fogged over the holes and it left enough of a mark to get a good shot.  It won't hurt the engine base and was good enough.

I didn't drill them all through them plate as there were some overlap partial holes from the Predator motors pattern.  There is four good ones though.
