Problem is now that I look at the web site I see they offer several different configurations but when I go to the blade section to order online I only see an offering for 7* and 10* in .042 and .055. Where do I order other configurations from?

The best way to order blades is to contact one of our distributors. Although we have a website that has some of our blades on it has never been our intention to sell that way. Also you will probably find that our distributor can sell you the blades at a lower cost.
Please visit our news page and see the .pdf of our blade profiles.

Currently we do have an active distributor on this site that represents our blades.
Cutting Edge Saw Service aka "Cutting Edge" on the forum. He has been an excellent resource for sawyers needing advice on blades.
To order blades contact him at 304-878-3343 or PM myself, go to our website https://www.kasco.com/ and fill out an inquiry form, or call 1-877-366-1696.

We will do our best to make sure you get the blades you need.

I did indeed contact Richard and now have a box of 7's on the way along with a 7* cam kit. While everyone else is moving to the 4* blades I'm only just now trying the 7's. I had previously been using WM 9's although in reality they were 8's after the first sharpening on my Cooks.
Now I just need to get back home so I can try them out.

Richard at Ciutting Edge has always done me better than right! I highly recommend his sharpening service.
Just last week he found a problem with a box of Kasco blades which I sent him to sharpen. I had a new box on the porch TWO DAYS later. Could not be happier.

I'll jump in with my support for CuttingEdge (Richard).  I learned a tremendous amount about blade design from him at Jake's get together earlier this year, and he custom ground some 4 degree bands for me to try out.

Super guy.

So glad you got it in motion, and I will say I will find it hard to believe that you are not well pleased, my biggest like to these blades are the way they handle resharpening. Well, fact is hands down these blades just rock,,not much else to say, they saw and they last,,,,
