Trying to figure beam load on FF calculator

the shop is 32' wide. The upstairs is 20' deep with a balcony of 4', so 24' over all. Beam in question will be in the center of the 32' holding up the floor joists. I think load for the 2nd floor is 30 lb sq ft. Beam size is over kill at 10" x 14", but i want to know if i can get away with only 1 post. The calculator is asking for 3 things I don't know

allowable fiber stress in bending (fb)(psi)
modulus of elasticity
allowable shear

Plus i'm not sure on the sq ft area that should be figured I'm thinking it would be half of the width and 1/2 of the depth (post @ 20'), since the walls are a equal carrier since the beam is in the middle left to right and post is at 20' with hopefully a 4' over hand of the balcony.
