when you should be sawing but the fire feels better! :D  then you notice a piece of quartered split red oak in the stove,  just pitiful
come on rain! or sun, either would be fine with me!

I noticed the rays and flecks, although the phone did not show them as well,  bored,,

I had some maple fire wood at the camp that had stripes just like fiddle backs.
