After 4 years, wouldn't you think I would have been able to get enough blocks to finish this? Ya know, I don't ask for much around here.  :-\

I see a few new names as attendees to the Pig Roast this year.    I hope they take the hint and bring their 'dues".   Wonder idf you have one from Asy?    If not I hope she remembers to bring it along.
Been there, done that.   Never got caught [/b]

Sprucegum

With a name like "Sprucegum" it just didn't feel right sending a piece of poplar which was all I had cut til last weekend.

Ya! I finally cut into a spruce! None of it came out your size though  ???  ::)  ???

I could cut a square out of my shirt, there is enough sap on it to stick anywhere.

Sure. :)    I should go out and take a picture of the big gaping empty hole, then remove everyone's ability to post that has not sent me one yet until I get a promissory note for a block.  smiley_contract_point

This is the first time I've seen this post.  Jeff please PM me the address.  I'm thinking some red and white stripped hickory I have.  Please also let me know how many you're received roughly, and if you are still accepting. Thanks, Brad_bb

Jeff

I'd have to go out and count them, but about 3 more then I had a year ago. :D   I have lots of room. I've only filled about 60-70% of the original area I wanted to cover.

Sorry I couldn't read all 40 pages, but how are they being attached?  Screw, glue?

I initially was using Velcro, but it was becoming costly for the heavy duty stuff, so now I just put one hole in them with one screw.
