Looking for 1st Mill... suggestions/pricing.

Lots on my mind.  Looking around for small mill, use at home, maybe tote to buddies from time to time....  LT10 or 15 if price is right or similar.  Suggestions?

Considering building a large metal building with $8k in materials alone.  I can ENHANCE the Iron Hill Shed with my own mill and have a lot less dollars if I buy a small mill.....  That's what I'm thinking.

I can't offer much on the other brands, but my Ezboardwalk is a great mill with many well thought out functions.
Retired to the ranch, saw, and sell solar pumps.

That is what I did. I brought a mill and built some buildings with it. A small sap house is next on the list.

I have a lt15 and they are very good mills never had a problem with it that wasn't operator error
