Now that logs are peeled what should I use to prevent mold and fungus

Finished peeling 30 logs 24" in butt dia x 40 and 50ft logs, did a couple each evening for three weeks. My boys helped on a few Saturdays. Did first log with log wizard and as I suspected only made a mess of the log and got a sore back. Borrowed a good draw knife and sharpened it to a razor edge and was 4 times faster than log wizard. So much more peaceful working in the quiet with deer grazing nearby. I did not get all of Cambium off as the logs still need to be hauled to my place and will get pressure washed before I start the build. What should I use to prevent mold and fungus growth on logs?
