jd 3315 winch

i have been having issues with this for a few years i dont use it every day so it didnt bother me but now i need it fixed i cleaned the screen by the pump put new filter on it but it wont free spool good in less it was  up to 1500rpm is getting worse because now it has to be 1800 but at 2000 rpms it works like a dream there is no oil on the brake side its dry if its the pump how do you get the 2 bolts out the winch has the rotary valve that bolts to the winch not the old style that bolted under the seat and lines ran to the winch and will the pump out of a 3325 be the same as 3315 any help would be good thanks
