Can someone direct me to where I can find actual plans for building a solar kiln? I want to start cutting my lumber for the build and am in need of a cut list.

welcome. and if you have questions, several folks here use them. and @GeneWengert-WoodDoc (https://forestryforum.com/board/index.php?action=profile;u=20498) helped develop that kiln. he can way in on the big questions.

Just follow the plans and it will perform very well. It is a simple and excellent design.
