Really cold nasty rainy weather today in SNJ . Has anyone ever used a second hand walk in cooler/freezer for a kiln ? Looks to be a great option . Weather proof too. The pandemic closed so many businesses they seem to be reasonably priced . Just have to engineer the barn doors . Does some one have experience doing this . Thanks , Rod

Found another thread . I learned to definitely get an aluminum cooler.

Check to make sure the insulation can take temperatures up to 160°F, some can't.
