What does your coffee pot look like?  This little coffee maker had been in the RV for many years.  It was my "traveling" coffee maker.

Yesterday, it became my quick one cup maker.   :)

That wouldn't work for me.  I can't drink one cup of coffee..... :)  Right now we have a Mr Coffee 12 cup drip coffeemaker.  I'm not real particular about the make as long as it has a 12 cup capacity and a carafe that I can pour fast out of without the coffee going all over the counter.....and it can't be expensive either.

French press for me.  i've been on a "Red Barn Coffee Roaster's" kick lately.  I was talking to the owner of one of the 4 coffee shops and found out their coffee is roasted in my very own town  8)

I was roasting my own coffee for a while from green coffee beans but when I found out this place roasted theirs fresh only 3 miles from my house I made a switch.  8)

B&D programable, however I wake up before it does and hit the brew button.  Master Chef from Wmart just over $5. plus coins for 33oz can.  I'm cheap but the coffee is good. 8)

I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but SD has the best way to make it in my opinion.

Drip maker on the counter. We usually buy beans and grind them for a fresher brew. She bought a large can of ground coffee on sale, not as good but will have to do until finished. Need the java jolt first thing in the morning. ;D

There is no need to say 'unleaded regular gas'. It's all unleaded. Just say 'regular gas'. It's not the 70s anymore. (At least that's what my wife tells me.)

I don't drink coffee very often, it makes me zip around like a balloon with the air coming out. Then when the buzz is gone I am deflated  ::)

The wife has been sighing over one of those Keurig machines for a month now; I wonder what I should get her for Christmas ?

Piston

Ive had quite a few of those Starbucks via packs for the times when I'm in a hurry. In my opinion they're better than the k cups but not in my wife's opinion. Great for camping though.

Starbucks VIA is what we used while on our backpacking trip in Colorado this year.  We were very pleased.

Magicman

I don't want any "flavoring" in my coffee.  No cream or sugar either, just straight up stuff, but I can't take Expresso.   :o :o

I take cream and sugar myself, but not whatever Tim Hortons adds, which tastes like chocolate or something. When you buy their can of coffee it's not in it, so they are adding something in the shop.  :-X

I never go there much anyway (extremely rare), so doesn't make much difference. :D

i dont take cream or sugar in mine either, but i do like to try the different flavors of roasts they have out there. most folks dont like the coffee i drink because its too stout.

I worked with a bunch of Itallians for a while and coffee for them is a ritual. The morning expresso was quite an affair and all for a lttle bitty cup of coffee. I was working nights so all this would happen just before my bed time. I would drink 2-3 of the little cups and then off to bed. They never could understand how I could do it.

We have a regional coffee shop chain similiar to Starbucks called "The Daily Grind", that sells all those different coffee flavors, lattes, etc.  I once asked the clerk, who I had seen in there for a few months, that out of some 2 dozen flavors offered, what the most popular flavor was.

She thought about it for a minute, then said "regular". So out of all those flavors, good 'ol regular coffee was still the most sought after.

That was all my second ex wife would drink. She boiled it in a sauce pan then strained it through a sock thing that had a handle on it then put it back in the pan added milk and sugar and brought it back to a boil. Nice and strong. She is Puerto Rican and that's how they do it similar to Cubans.

I bought one of those Keurig machines but find that I have to run it through twice to get the strength I like and even then it's too weak. Weekdays my office manager has coffee on when I show up. Mostly it's Folgers  or 8 o' clock Colombian. Weekends I fresh grind beans from Costa Rica and brew in a percolator. I like it 1 scoop of grind to each cup with half and half and a tad of raw sugar.

I bought a really nice coffee maker a couple years ago.  It was a cuisinart similar to Phorester's with a stainless steel carafe and it's own grinder.  I can put a 1/2lb of beans in the top and just turn the dial to how many cups I want, and how fine of a grind I want, and it magically pours a great pot of fresh ground coffee.
I thought my wife would LOVE this thing as she is really into coffee, and I was really excited because I love fresh ground beans from a local roaster.  Well it turns out the coffee maker doesn't fit under the low cabinets we have, and where it does fit, it doesn't "look" good according to my wife!

So I still have this coffee maker that I never use in hopes that when we build a new house, we will have enough room on our counter tops for the coffee maker  :D

I really miss using that coffee maker  :D

Ah convenience. Hard to pass up,eh? :D

I have my first cup of the day at my desk, and just about to go for more from my stainless pot. ;)
