I got a old Hudson buck saw and need a new sprocket mine is a 9 tooth 1 1/4 bore and 1" thick. I have seen some online but only 5/8 thick anyone know where to maybe find one 1" thick ? Just trying to keep from maybe modifying  things and keep it simple thanks.

If you can't find one these guys say they can custom make one to your specs.

I just went through my old, old CRS with new bearings, and sprocket. The sprocket is a common size, but the bore is only 1". The younger guys at the saw shop couldn't find it on the parts sheet, but the oldest guy in the shop found it when he came in the next morning. My next step was to have a machine shop friend make me one. He didn't think it would to difficult.

Have you looked in the harvester handbook? Is your sprocket right now the replaceable pin style? It shows a the harvester lok by Oregon for that shaft diameter. Gem bar and chain also shows they build a sprocket for that shaft size and tooth count.

It just slides on the shaft and is held on with a 5/16 key way then a washer and bolt on the end to keep it on.
