Anyone recommend porting a 028 stihl?

they take well to porting but maybe try a newer saw if you can, stuff like the 261 or the 361/362 take very good to porting

I love my 261 and I was an 028, ms 280 guy till last december.  Did i say wow I love my 261

A couple of souped 028s' showed up at a GTG near Meadville Pa a few years back .They would scoot .

I have one that eventually I'll give the "treatment " to .I would think being basically designed on the order of the 038 they should work out well .
