I stopped by Whole Foods tonight on the way home and got bison rib eyes.

WOW were they good, It tasted like beef we had on the farm  digin_2 digin_2

They had previously quit stocking fresh bison but the guy behind the counter said they had many requests for it.

Rare on the grill it was awesome  ;D  ;D  ;D

Nuthin' like grillin' at -5°  ;D  ;D
Why not just 1 pain free day?

Very good " heart smart " choice, just don't tell me that your side dish was a plate of cheesy butterie taters :D
