A new office building with six stories of bicycle switchbacks in Bentonville Arkansas.  Ledger - A community hub

The concept is ride your bicycle to work.  I don't know if it was intended, but old run down small cracker box houses are selling for over $700 per square foot in the downtown area.

I'm a thinking.....how many live edge conference tables will be needed at the Ledger? :) :)

Could be an improvement in health and mind with this concept. There must be an opportunity for a table or two,  surely. ;D

Don't limit yourself to conference tables, they are going to need a ton of bike racks as well.  ;)
Weekend warrior, Peterson JP test pilot, Dolmar 7900 and Stihl MS310 saws and  the usual collection of power tools :)
