don't go to NYC with out a shirt on or you will end up in the pokey new law the mayor made after some girls was walking around with only body paint on to make some extra cash now guys and girls have to have a shirt on  ???

A 98°, mucho humid, sweat soaked shirt in South Carolina in the ultra hot summer of 2015?  No, even a goat would not eat that  :).
