Title: aftermarket 076 parts

gday guys

looking like a may need a new cylinder, piston and possibly a new carb for my 076   :( apparently cant get new cylinder heads nor carbs over here in Australia. Ive been looking at aftermarket I dont want to get caught buying crap. Maybe there all crap hahah not too sure. Anyway can you guys give me some places to try or ideas

Have you contacted our sponsor "Chainsawr" ??  Might be worth your time and they are a good sponsor for this Forum. Have heard good things from his customers.
And prefer not seeing non-sponsors that don't help pay the bills.. ;)  ...just sayin..

On eBay there are a couple of OEM solutions..one new a couple supposed salvageable used. My bet is all the "pacific rim"  After market options come from the same place so if you go that direction shoot for price.

thanks mate I found an OEM one for $300 on ebay. No luck on Carby`s I asked at Chainsawr but no luck there either

are 051 and 076 Carbs the same? seeing some of the other parts are?

Not to get odd topic and hijack this thread, but I've got an 051av, couldn't I put a chain brake on it from an 076?
