There is no dimension on the drawings that dimensions the width of the saw head as it relates to the track so if someone could measure horizontal from the side of the track to the furthest point on the saw head on each side that would help my layout.
If you come to a fork in the road take it.....

The drawings show the track to be 30 1/2 inches wide and the mill head to be 72 1/8" wide from tensioning handle to blade cover. So that leaves 41 5/8" in overhang.

Looking in the manual also posted on the site next to the dimension drawings, page 92 of the manual(page 94 of the pdf) shows the tensioning handle to be part #29.  The parts listing on page 106(108 of the pdf) lists part 29 as the tensioning handle 139mm long.  An inch is 24.6 mm, so the handle is 5 5/8" inches long.

To get the proper tension, the handle is turned in and out, so the dimension changes. (Blade tensioning starting on page 70 of the manual).  It does appear that the mounting boss is approximately recessed two inches from the end of the mill head.  So I make it as protruding 3 5/8".  This can change if you purchase other brand blades for the mill and they aren't quite the proper measurements.

Anyway, 41 5/8" - 3 5/8" = 38 inches.  So on the engine side of the head, it overhangs 19 inches, on the handle side approximately 22 5/8".

That's a big help, thanks. Trying to create as wide a travel area as I can on the handle side under a 12' roof.
