Honestly I'm not buying it, and I dont think the average "little guy" will ever see a dime. No diff than the "PPP" money, less than 5% who filed actually got it. Stopped to get dinner last night a couple towns over delivering firewood, 2-3 small business on either side of the road closed down near the restaurant that will never open again, those are the people who I think need the money, yeah I'm limited to 1ld of pulp a week, not the first time or the last.
