I am pleased to see this catagory added to the forums. I've seen several designs for solar kilns, but I haven't built one yet. I'd like to know what some of you have been using. Any pictures or plans would be nice to look at. Thanks in advance.

These are shots of the kiln I built. It will do about 1200' of 10' 4/4. I'm hoping to built another this year that will do 16' material.

Great Kiln Chet ! Great Pictures Too ! I suppose you used dried boards to build that from ? Just my guess ok.
