Spongebob is very low down the list for me. My nephews were watching it a few years ago, and I found it so mindlessly dumb, I couldn't even stand the torture of sitting through it.
:-X
Ducking for cover, as it seems Jeff may be a Spongebob fan. . . . (just based on his remark above)  :-\

ps - I was a little skeptical about the 'dreaded' mono-rail design however seeing your mill in action certainly changed my mind!

Everyone doubts the "mono-rail" design, ..... until they see it in action..... ;D

Gentlemen,

It was a great day indeed! One of the many things I learned yesterday was that my mill project isn't just for my Dad and I... It's for all to enjoy! Over at the grill, I didn't notice that Sponge Bob was on. I was actually talking to David's Dad... also a super guy. As it happens, he grew up in the town where I work and we shared a few stories. I can't wait to get back down there to share a few more!

David's mill ran flawlessly. I didn't want to get in his way however after Chuck and I watched him saw up a nice red oak, I couldn't stand just warming that rocking chair while he stacked the boards. David didn't seem to mind a little off-bearing help :).

LIVE ACTION my friends!

Swampbuggy, if you're taking I-10 into Florida, honk when you pass mile 171.  If I'm home, I can hear it from there. ;)

DanG, I honked Saturday morning at 10:52...did you hear me?

Good trip south and Fishpharmer showed up to show me some great southern hospitality. I wish I had his set-up!
Thanks for a great time.

Oh, great time with the kids and grand kids too. My SIL now knows how the mill works and has lumber to do whatever projects his bride ( my daughter) needs him to do!!
If it was easy, everyone would be doing it!
