Jim, not that i would move there, but  what does it  take, compared to  the USA, do they want forgeinors(sp) to move there, is there a  citizenship to  pass,  a visa, etc, or just a pocket of cash.

It is quite easy to get here and stay here.  All you need to do is come here as a tourist and see if you like it and you can get a residency.   The hard part is how to make a living here as a foreigner , that is what takes money is developing a business.

If you come as a tourist you will probably like it.
