Moved in across from my house next to a BIG BROOK!! How long before you think the tree cops will be getting here?   I cut it 15 years ago and it was wet in the midddle of the summer! Guy gave 200grand for 239 acres of cut off land! We had 1/2 to 3/4 inch of rain last nite , and the water is running!

Some young fellow bought, going to make a pasture out of 50 acres and build a house up on the dirt road. The guy on the way to bangor on RT9 in newburgh is cutting it.

Iv heard of guys down south who can do it for $1000 an acre. But if its just 15 years old that stuff will plow up.
