Good morning, I ran across this web site this morning and thought it might interest some of you. It's got everthing about drying lumber.

If someone is going to run a kiln that book is a must read.
But hokey smoke its boreing.  But its a very good reference once you understand the operation and trade offs in drying wood (and its tax payer free).
Another good read is Wood and how to dry it.
