As far as I know, any commercial vehicle over 12,500kg, 26,000lb, is subject to weight restrictions here which are 75% of legal axle loading. We had a mild winter, less than a week below -15C so they shouldn't last long.

Yup, seems like an early thaw.  I was up early on Sunday and as I came down my road got behind a 10 wheeler pulling a tag a long with an excavator out of a woodlot.  Probably figured smokey wasn't up yet!

 :D Logging is shut down here, bush roads are closed. The few loads we are seeing are transfers betweeen mills.
