Hello guys.  I'm looking for a new recoil for a husky 51.  I'm seeing quite a few aftermarket ones available.  Are they any good or is it gonna be better to find one off a parts saw?

Are you talkin' about the spring itself?

Aftermarket springs didn't used to be a problem until Chinesium. Buy through a vendor with a return/warranty policy if you can't find OE.

As long as you don't care about the color, or being able to identify the saw if you ever sell it, go for it.
