Yes, wrestling season has started for my oldest, I'm sure I will see nothing that good looking until the end of February or so. So I must live a little  vicariously at least as life pertains to food.

from the garden, tomatoes, parsley, peppers , garlic, basil, oregano.
 From Italy, grana padano cheese, sausage- mild, and giant pasta shells, ricotta,mozzarella cheeses.
  And a couple of klamata olives.
  Stuff the precooked shells  and bake at 350, cool and serve.Easy to make !

Ours plays basketball so we make a point of having one formal meal a day together. When my wife just runs out of time , then I step in.
