Hi everyone!

As you know, our headquarters are located in Rotorua, New Zealand. A place with mild temperatures that may experience a smattering of snow on the highest peaks surrounding us a few times a year.

Within a couple hours drive, are some of New Zealand's ski fields where the snow cover is mainly limited to the mountains and immediate surrounds.

So we're doing a bit of research and would like to find out what it's like to mill frozen logs with your Peterson Sawmill!
If you have experience milling frozen logs, please complete this questionnaire and if you're able, please upload a photo of milling in the snow :-)

If you don't have a Peterson but have some good tips for those milling in sub-zero temperatures, please leave a comment below. We'd love to hear from you.

The results of this anonymous questionnaire will help to formulate an article, written to inform potential Peterson purchasers of what it's like to operate their sawmill in the winter. This article will be published on our website.

Thanks y'all!  :)
