i cut my first big (to me anyway) pine log this afternoon 8)
22" on small end x12' 6" long
13-1 x12's
  8-1x10's
  3-1x8's
  2-1x4's
  1-2x12
cutting random width for board & batten siding on shop
heavy log!
i think i will go ahead and work out my hydraulics asap!
mill working really good
so far i have cut about1100 or 1200 bd. ft. mostly from 12" or smaller logs just to get the hang of it
it really is kinda fun

22" on small end x 12 1/2' = Approximatly 253 BF Doyle scale

13 -  1x12 = 156 bf
8 - 1x10 =  80 bf
3-  1x8 = 24 bf
2- 1x4 = 8 bf
1- 2x12 = 24 bf

292 Board Foot of lumber = Approximatly 13% overun
