I know what he's doing with it, I tried to do the same with some pines, but they were in to bad of shape.

I think pigman is onto it, and it's a feeding trough for the WM table for at da piggy roast. Or it will be filled with ice and have the water bottles and pop cans in there cooling off.

We used to have something that looked kinda like that when I was in the service.  It hung on the wall in the latrine and you could line up a whole squad at it at one time.  ;D
