USDA Pandemic logger package

 USDA pandemic package for the timber sector.

US$200 million for loggers and haulers (probably an equivalent amount would not even cover what is being spent on the Ghan evac operation)

I know of someone that filled out the form. He gave up after he found that $175 was his share.
