I got my custom made 6" cbn wheels last night. Made overseas for me.
They make 5" and 8" and have in stock.
All major manufacturers blade profiles are available.

Can I ask why custom made 6" wheel? What sharpener does it work with? 

I recently ordered the 5" ones from Latvia as that is what my machine takes.

Nice! 
I am having troubles getting 5" 10 CBN wheels and have a backlog of 100 customer  blades to sharpen. 
I have been able to get 7/39 wheels and keep myself and other sawyers sharp. 
I have ordered a 10 CBN from WM, Europe, and the USA and the earliest confirmed delivery date is from Europe June 20.
