Does anyone know if these are edible?

 

 
'98 LT40HDD/Lombardini, Case 580L, Cat D4C, JD 3032 tractor, JD 5410 tractor, Husky 346, 372 and 562XP's. Stihl MS180 and MS361, 1998 and 2006 3/4 Ton 5.9 Cummins 4x4's, 1989 Dodge D100 w/ 318, and a 1966 Chevy C60 w/ dump bed.

Never do that on the internet, not even if you find an ID site and they look right. Find a 'shroom expert, and then let them try it first. It looks sort of like one that won't kill you, but will make you yearn for it, there is another that looks similar that is quite tasty.

I have had those or something quite similar in my yard for the past several years. I don't know what they are, and haven't been able to positively ID them myself. We have been trying new varieties the past few years but I never mess with any of them that I'm not 100% sure of. Do your research carefully and throughly.

I thought they might have been shitakis, but without positive ID they were not used.
